John Taban Charles Ladu,
Country Director has over 20 years of working with NGOs specializing in development programming, policy development and strategic planning. He embraces participatory methodologies in community development and leadership. John previously worked with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Sudan and South Sudan, PACT INC Sudan Country program, International Rescue Committee (IRC), Agency for Cooperation and Research in Development (ACORD), Veterinaries Sans Frontiers Switzerland (VSF-CH) and the Norwegian Peoples Aid (NPA) in program coordination, project management, capacity building, logistics and procurement in Kenya and South Sudan. John also worked as an independent consultant, serving both international and national organizations in South Sudan focusing on strategic planning, baseline studies, human rights, transitional justice, needs assessments, development of gender policies, human resources, and procurement policies among others.
John holds Master of Science Administration (MSA) from Andrews University, USA and is a candidate for a Master of Arts in Humanitarian and Conflict Studies, University of Juba, South Sudan.
